Flat Gutted to Give Kowloon Couple and Adult Son Privacy
The 1,600 sq ft apartment in Kowloon station originally had a lot of doors and a corridor at the back of the living area, which meant there was hardly any room for a sofa. We took them all out and combined two of the three original bedrooms to create one master bedroom, with a small office and en-suite bathroom. The apartment is designed with clean lines and a simple color palette, while wood is used extensively to foster a welcoming warmth in the home.
The living room features the Cor sofa from Leicht, side table with shelving from Bals Tokyo, rug was from Francfranc and a daybed sofa from Aluminium.

The Waterfront
The aim was to create a calm and relaxing family ambience, so we kept the colours simple, using a light-toned palette of beige, cream and white and an abundance of natural wood. This allows the couple to keep the look clean and calm or jazz it up as and when they like with coloured art and accessories.
