With huge windows, light-filled rooms and leafy views, this home in Happy Valley is cool, calm and collected. Clifton wanted to give each of the rooms “a voice”. The lower floor is largely open plan, so he devised clever ways of retaining the sense of space while dividing up the zones. He wanted the spaces to be different; each area to have its own character.
